About Us
Welcome. My name is Bobby Livingston and I'm the founder of The Change Agents. Having worked for almost 20 years in the corporate world (notably in continuous improvement), higher and further education, and in the charity sector, I feel that change is in my blood. I'm enthusiastic about change. I'm also a positive thinker by nature, and have a warm and friendly character - making me your ideal coach and trainer. Having been at the sharp end of business and IT change I fully understand your need for first class support and practical advice.

I studied professionally and have a Masters degree from The University of Strathclyde Business School - the only institution in Scotland, and one of only 23 in the world, to hold international accreditation from AMBA, EQUIS and AACSB. I also taught for ten years with The Open University Business School, specialising in change management, adult and distance education, and e-learning. Further, I have studied with The OU Centre for Higher Education Practice, The Kinharvie Institute of Facilitation, and The Institute of Counselling. To reflect my status I also hold full membership of The Association for Coaching and am bound by its Code of Ethics & Good Practice.

For me, it is important that The Change Agents prides itself on being transparent in everything we do, and that we strive at every opportunity to offer you honest and worthwhile advice. We work with all organisations and individuals experiencing change and are proud of our strong sense of social responsibility, thus offering favourable rates to social enterprises, including charities and not-for-profit organisations.
